Some Important Tips from the Briefing

The clinic began with introduction by Stephanie Chok and Sharom Abdullah, sharing of their achievements and most memorable events, both are most notable duathletes in Malaysia, as perhaps in this region.

Stephanie Chok emphasized that never skip breakfast and at the same time not to opt for different type of breakfast. Also, to avoid spicy and heavy meal such as Nasi Lemak and Fried Rice.

The stretching exercise does not have any particular starting points, can be started at any body parts.

Drink before thirty, and come early before the race, so that could prepare the race physically and mentally. She gave pretty good advice to beginner on remain "cool" while a the starting point, like not to stay in front, letting the "experienced" runners to run a ahead first.
